摘　　要：医疗卫生共同体(简称医共体)主要是通过整合医疗资源,实现医共体内医院药事管理以及医疗资源配置的统一化,进而有效提高医疗服务效率和质量。该文分析医共体建设中药学服务模式存在的问题,总结医共体药事服务同质化管理对策及成效,旨在提高医疗服务质量和药事服务质量,保障患者用药安全,促进资源的合理配置和优化利用。The medical and health community(referred to as the medical community)is mainly through the integration of medical resources to achieve the unification of hospital pharmaceutical management and medical resource allocation in the medical community,so as to effectively improve the efficiency and quality of medical services.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the mode of pharmaceutical care in the construction of the medical community,and summarized the management strategies and effects of the homogenization of pharmaceutical services in the medical community.It aims to improve the quality of medical services and pharmaceutical services,ensure the safety of patients'medication,promote the rational allocation and optimal utilization of resources.
