摘 要:中国制造2025计划将智能农业装备列为关注发展领域,智能农业装备的热点研究问题就是设备的自动化。为此,针对已有插秧机作业过程中缺乏时效性评价系统、检测技术精度有待提高、通信方式不易扩展等一系列问题,提出了基于CAN总线的智能插秧机通信系统应用研究。通过GPS接收器检测现场情况及插秧机工作实况,通过CAN总线分布方式优化上位机和下位机之间的通讯及指令传输,基于ISO11783标准制订了智能化总线通信协议,并通过软件系统进行人机交互,实现插秧机位置实时监控、插秧机作业面积实时统计等功能。在此,分别进行了作业农田面积统计试验、直线道路路径跟踪试验及水稻农田作业试验。结果表明:基于CAN总线的智能插秧机通信系统能够保障数据实时传输,能实现插秧机精准远程操作,且安全自主完成路径跟踪、速度变换、转向及插秧作业等一系列作业,满足目前插秧作业的各种需求,具有实用性。The Made in China 2025 plan lists smart agricultural equipment as a development area,and automation is a hot research issue of smart agricultural equipment.In view of a series of problems such as the lack of time-effectiveness evaluation system,the need to improve the precision of detection technology,and the difficulty in expanding the communication mode,etc.,the application research of intelligent rice transplanter communication system based on CAN bus is put forward.The communication and instruction transmission between the host computer and the slave computer are optimized by the distribution of CAN bus,based on ISO11783 standard,the intelligent bus communication protocol is established,and the functions of real-time monitoring of rice transplanter's position and real-time statistics of rice transplanter's working area are realized through man-machine interaction of software system.In this paper,we have carried out the statistical experiment of farmland area,the experiment of linear path tracking and the experiment of rice field operation.The results show that the communication system of intelligent rice transplanter based on CAN bus CAN ensure the real-time data transmission,and CAN realize accurate remote operation of rice transplanter,it can safely and independently complete a series of operations such as path tracking,speed conversion,steering and rice transplanting,and can meet the needs of current rice transplanting operations,while monitoring the entire operation process,with practicality.
