摘  要:动力电池作为电动拖拉机的核心部件,其工作性能直接影响电动拖拉机田间续航里程及安全工作状态。为此,基于电动拖拉机电池数据监测功能及要求,对硬件系统及软件系统进行设计,并基于CAN总线通信及4G模块进行数据传输,在虚拟机VMware上安装Linux操作系统搭建嵌入式开发平台,完成通信链路的设计。通过田间试验对电池检测系统功能进行测试,结果表明:系统能够准确地监测电池容量、电压、电流等参数,并能够及时报警和采取相应的措施,保证了电动拖拉机的安全工作状态。同时,系统还可以实时传输数据到远程服务器,实现对电池状态的实时监控和分析,为后续的维护和优化提供了依据。Power battery as the core component of electric tractor,its working performance directly affects the electric tractor field range and safe working condition.In this paper,based on the electric tractor battery data monitoring function and requirements,the hardware system and software system are designed,based on CAN bus communication and 4G module for data transmission,Linux operating system is installed on the virtual machine VMware to build the embedded development platform and complete the design of the communication link.Through the field test to test the battery detection system function,the results show that the system can accurately monitor the battery capacity,voltage,current and other parameters,and can timely alarm and take corresponding measures to ensure the safe working condition of the electric tractor.At the same time,the system can also transmit data to the remote server in real time,to achieve real-time monitoring and analysis of the battery status,to provide the basis for subsequent maintenance and optimization.
