摘 要:为同时测定鲜金银花中绿原酸及木犀草苷的含量,建立了一种反向高效液相色谱法,使用超声萃取进行前处理,优化了提取溶剂、提取温度、流动相等条件,并进行了方法学考察。结果表明,绿原酸和木犀草苷在0.5~100.0 mg/mL内呈现良好的线性,R^(2)>0.999,加标回收率为96%~108%,重复性RSD分别为2.05%和2.44%。说明该方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于鲜金银花中绿原酸及木犀草苷含量的测定。This paper established a reverse high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)technique for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin in honeysuckle.The ultrasonic extraction method was used for pretreatment,and the extraction solvent,extraction temperature and flow conditions were optimized.The results showed that the chlorogenic acid and galuteolin showed a good linear relationship over 0.5-100.0 mg/mL and correlation coefficients above 0.999.Recovery rate was 96%-108%,the RSD of repeatability was 2.05%and 2.44%,respectively.The method was simple and accurate,and it could be suitable for the determination of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin in fresh honeysuckle.
