摘 要:以特种车辆摆臂实测载荷数据为依据,对实测信号进行编制得到了实摆臂的二维载荷谱,并对其进行了参数估计的拟合外推分析,确定了幅值和频次关系服从威布尔分布优于对数正态分布,均值和频次关系服从正态分布,并将外推后的结果与实测信号进行对比验证。结果表明:参数估计拟合外推的结果在合理误差范围内;预测的极值和频次更接近于实测值,初步验证了参数估计拟合外推方法在特种车辆领域应用的合理性。Based on the measured load data of the swing arm of special vehicle,the two-dimensional load spectrum of the real swing arm is obtained by compiling the measured signals.The fitting extrapolation analysis of parameter estimation is conducted on the load spectrum of the measured special vehicle swing arm,confirming the amplitude-frequency follows Weibull distribution rather than lognormal distribution,and the mean-frequency follows positive distribution.Compared with the measured signals,our study shows the fitting extrapolation results of parameter estimation are within a reasonable error range.The predicted extreme value and frequency are closer to the measured values,validating the huge potential of the parameter estimation extrapolation method on special vehicles.
