摘  要:针对目前NO_(2)传感器响应低、恢复速度慢、功耗高等问题,提出一种用于空气绝缘分解气体NO_(2)检测的金属钯Pd掺杂MoSe_(2)基气体传感方法。制备了本征MoSe_(2)气敏传感器与Pd-MoSe_(2)气敏传感器,并基于所搭建气敏响应测试平台研究其对NO_(2)的气敏响应特性,利用第一性原理计算NO_(2)在MoSe_(2)晶面上的吸附参数和吸附行为。经过气敏特性测试发现:室温工作时,Pd-MoSe_(2)气敏传感器对20μL/L NO_(2)的响应值为3.95,响应时间和恢复时间分别为38 s和46 s,可实现2μL/L NO_(2)的有效检测。理论计算结果表明:本征MoSe_(2)对NO_(2)的吸附为弱物理吸附,而Pd-MoSe_(2)表现为强化学吸附。研究结果可为高性能MoSe_(2)气体传感器的制备及其在NO_(2)在线监测中的应用提供借鉴。Real-time detection of NO_(2),the decomposition gas of insulation defects in the production process of air-insulated power equipment,is crucial to ensure the safe production of power systems.MoSe_(2)is a two-dimensional material with potential for gas sensor applications.This paper proposes a gas sensing method for detecting NO_(2)in air-insulating decomposition gases by employing Pd-doped MoSe_(2).The method addresses issues of low response,slow recovery,and high power consumption in current NO_(2)sensors.It investigates the gas-sensitive response characteristics of intrinsic MoSe_(2)gas sensors and Pd-MoSe_(2)gas sensors to NO_(2),based on a built gas-sensitive response test platform.The adsorption parameters of NO_(2)on the MoSe_(2)crystal surface and its adsorption behaviors are calculated by employing the first nature principle.Our gas-sensitive characterization tests show the Pd-MoSe_(2)gas-sensitive sensor has a response value of 3.95 to 20μL/L NO_(2)at room temperature.The response and recovery time stand at 38s and 46s respectively,enabling effective detection of 2μL/L NO_(2).Our theoretical calculations indicate NO_(2)adsorption on intrinsic MoSe_(2)is weak physisorption,while Pd-MoSe 2 exhibits strong chemisorption.Our results may provide some valuable references for high-performance MoSe_(2)gas sensors and their application in NO_(2)online monitoring.
