摘 要:白三叶(Trifolium repens)是一种世界性优质的蛋白饲草,在我国长江流域及以南地区被广泛栽培,而南方地区多为酸性土壤。研究发现,白三叶具有一定的耐酸铝性,因此筛选耐酸铝种质对于开发白三叶优异资源、培育耐酸铝新品种具有重要意义。以30份国内外白三叶种质为对象,研究不同酸铝浓度下的白三叶萌发特性,并采用隶属函数法进行耐酸铝性综合评价。随Al3+胁迫浓度的增加,白三叶发芽率逐渐降低,发芽势和发芽指数下降,胚根变短、变粗;Al3+浓度≥1.0 mmol·L^(-1)时白三叶种质发芽率和胚根长度受到显著抑制(P<0.05)。除胚根直径外,白三叶萌发性状不同胁迫浓度间差异显著(P<0.05),且萌发期每个胁迫处理下同一性状不同白三叶材料间亦存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。在2 mmol·L^(-1)处理下白三叶多数性状具有更大的变异系数指标差异,可作为白三叶耐酸铝性综合评价的适宜胁迫浓度。聚类分析将30份白三叶划分为3个耐酸铝能力不同的类群,其种质耐酸铝性强弱与综合评价值基本一致。来自荷兰的种质‘EM196’和来自澳大利亚的种质‘EM085’具有较高的酸铝胁迫耐受性。White clover is a high-quality protein forage and is widely cultivated in the Yangtze River basin and the south of China where most soils are acidic.It was found that white clover has some acid and aluminum tolerance;hence,screening acid and aluminum tolerant white clover germplasm is important for developing high quality resources of white clover and breeding new varieties with acid and aluminum tolerance.The aim of this study was to evaluate the acid-aluminum(Al3+)tolerance of different white clover germplasm lines and select the tolerant lines.To this end,we evaluated the growth characteristics of 30 white clover germplasm lines under Al3+stress at germination stage.A subordinate function method was used to evaluate the resistance of white clover to acid-aluminum toxicity.It was found that,as the Al3+concentration increased,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index gradually decreased,and the radicle became shorter and thicker.The germination rate and radicle length of white clover were significantly inhibited at Al3+concentration≥1.0 mmol·L^(-1) compared with that of the control.Other major traits of white clover,except for radicle diameter,also differed significantly under different Al3+concentrations(P<0.05).The values for each trait differed extremely significantly among white clover germplasm materials at the germination stage(P<0.01).The acid-aluminum tolerance of different white clover germplasm materials could be evaluated at the germination stage at a Al3+concentration of 2 mmol·L^(-1);at this concentration,the majority of traits of white clover exhibited high values of coefficients of variation and high statistically significant differences.The 30 white clover germplasms were divided into three groups with different acid-aluminum tolerance by cluster analysis.The acid-aluminum tolerance of the germplasm among different clusters was found to be consistent with the comprehensive evaluation value.The results of the multivariate evaluation revealed the white clover germplasms E
