习近平文化思想指导下民族人才培养路径探究

摘　　要：习近平文化思想体系宏大,内容丰富,开辟了马克思主义文化理论中国化时代化新境界。其既涉及增强中华民族凝聚力和向心力的中华文化,也包括以中华文化为源头的各民族文化,同时还创造性吸收与借鉴了优秀的科技文化成果。民族人才是铸牢中华民族共同体意识思想基础、经济基础与文化基础的重要依靠力量,习近平文化思想与民族人才培养具有高度的逻辑关联性。为此,要以习近平文化思想为指导,通过学校教育工作、社会宣传活动、家庭濡化力量等多方面路径,增强民族人才培养的实效性。Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is grand and rich in content,opening up a new realm of sinicization and moderniza⁃tion of Marxism cultural theory.It involves not only the Chinese culture that enhances the cohesion and centripetal force of the Chi⁃nese nation,but also the minority culture that originated from Chinese culture and was co-created by all ethnic groups in China.At the same time,it also creatively absorbs and learns from excellent scientific and technological cultural achievements.National tal⁃ents are an important force to consolidate the ideological foundation,economic foundation and cultural foundation of the sense of community of the Chinese nation,and Xi Jinping Thought on Culture has a high logical correlation with the cultivation of national talents.Therefore,guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,we should enhance the effectiveness of the training of national talents through school education,social publicity activities,family cultivation and other ways.
