摘 要:以豹子沟矿9+10+11号煤层开采为研究背景,通过现场调研、工程类比、数值计算、计算机仿真模拟等方法展开同采顶煤冒放性研究。结果表明,综放开采时层间夹矸及9号煤层属于Ⅲ类顶煤,冒放性中等,工作面前方10 m处支承压力峰值达到20.4 MPa,远超层间岩层及9号煤层承压极限,顶煤的破碎性和冒放性较好,预计工作面开采越12 m时夹矸及顶煤发生初次大面积塌落。综合分析判断,9+10+11号煤层同采选择放顶煤采煤法是适宜的,对于指导矿井开采工艺的选择具有重要意义。Taking the mining of the 9+10+11 coal seam in Baozigou Mine as the research background,this paper conducts research on the roof coal caving behavior through on-site investigation,engineering analogy,numerical calculation,computer simulation and other methods.The results show that during the fully mechanized top coal caving mining,the interlayer gangue and the 9th coal seam belong to Class III top coal,with moderate caving ability.The peak support pressure at 10 meters in front of the working face reaches 20.4 MPa,far exceeding the pressure limit of the interlayer strata and the 9th coal seam.The fragmentation and caving of the top coal are good,and it is expected that the first large-scale collapse of the gangue and top coal will occur when the working face exceeds 12 meters.Based on comprehensive analysis and judgment,it is appropriate to choose the top coal caving method for simultaneous mining of coal seams 9+10+11,which is of great significance for guiding the selection of mining technology in mines.
