摘 要:针对铜电解液脱砷精炼循环工艺,探讨了其生产效率、能耗、环境污染等方面的问题,提出了基于预先危险分析-作业条件危险性评价法的铜电解液脱砷精炼循环工艺评价模型,进一步保证该工艺的安全性。结果表明:冷却工段中“有毒物质”的危险等级为高度危险,对比分析中,该方法统计分析得到的危险个数为8,与操作风险分析法、故障模式和效应分析法以及事件树分析法分别多出1个、3个、2个,该方法展现出了更好的性能,防控措施有效性为97%。该研究结果可为推动铜冶炼产业的可持续发展提供理论支持。This paper discusses the production efficiency,energy consumption,and environmental pollution of the copper electrolyte arsenic removal and refining cycle process,and proposes an evaluation model for the copper electrolyte arsenic removal and refining cycle process based on the pre hazard analysis operating condition hazard assessment method,further ensuring the safety of the process.The results indicate that the danger level of"toxic substances"in the cooling section is highly dangerous.In the comparative analysis,the number of hazards obtained by this method is 8,which is 1,3,and 2 more than the operational risk analysis method,fault mode and effect analysis method,and event tree analysis method.This method demonstrates better performance,and the effectiveness of prevention and control measures is 97%.The research results provide theoretical support for promoting the sustainable development of the copper smelting industry.
