摘 要:针对半钢炼钢转炉冶炼工艺变化造成溅渣护炉溅渣层不耐侵蚀,进而导致转炉作业效率降低、补炉料成本增加的生产现状,通过对溅渣护炉工艺进行分析,明确其主要影响因素为炉渣熔化性温度较低,溅渣层不能完全凝固而发生分熔,无法形成良好的溅渣层。为此,提出并实施了利用生白云石渣补炉衬工艺。实际应用表明,利用生白云石渣补炉衬,可以提高转炉作业效率,降低耐材消耗,降低炼钢生产成本。In view of the present production situation of slag splashing for protection of steel-making in semi-steel bof,the slag splashing layer is not resistant to corrosion,which leads to the reduction of converter operation efficiency and the high cost of making-up charge,the slag splashing for protection of steel-making in semi-steel BOF is analyzed in this paper,the main influencing factors are that the melting temperature of slag is low,the slag splashing layer can not be fully solidified and split melting occurs,and the good slag splashing layer can not be formed.Therefore,the technology of using raw dolomite slag to make up the furnace lining is put forward and implemented,which can improve the operation efficiency of converter and reduce the production cost of steelmaking.
