摘 要:首钢长治钢铁公司轧钢厂棒材生产线设计年产100万t,2012年已达产,2020年全年完成钢材产量约135.6万t,导致加热轧机与精整工序产能不匹配,针对该问题,在现加热、轧机工艺不变的条件下,提出对精整区卸料装置、移钢辊道、移钢小车、五段链及新建C区的升级改造方案,实现产量、质量双提升及集中管控,达到提高工序自动化程度、降低人工劳动强度的目的。The bar production line of Shougang Changzhi Iron&Steel Company's rolling mill is designed to have an annual output of 1 million tons,and it reached production in 2012.In 2020,the total steel production was about 1.356 million tons,which resulted in a mismatch between the production capacity of heating rolling mills and finishing processes.Under the condition that the current heating and rolling mill processes remain unchanged,an upgrade and renovation plan was proposed for the unloading device,steel moving roller conveyor,steel moving trolley,five segment chain,and the construction of C zone in the finishing area.This plan aims to achieve dual improvement in production and quality,as well as centralized control,to improve the degree of process automation and reduce manual labor intensity.
