高炉煤气锅炉后烟道积灰原因分析及处理措施

摘  要:安钢永通公司2期高压煤气锅炉投产运行一段时间后,出现整个后烟道阻力增大,炉膛负压拉不上去,锅炉运行技术参数受限。相关技术人员进行分析,主要原因为烟气含尘量增大、脱硝催化剂模块微孔堵塞、脱硝氨气含水较大以及硫酸氢铵在空气预热器、冷凝水加热器的受热面聚积,最终造成烟道堵塞严重。通过加强煤气净化,优化喷氨装置,利用检修清理脱催化剂模块微孔,用水冲洗省煤器和空气预热器后,后烟道阻力恢复正常,锅炉恢复正常运行。After the second phase high-pressure gas boiler of Angang Yongtong Company was put into operation for a period of time,the resistance of the entire rear flue increased,the negative pressure of the furnace could not be pulled up,and the technical parameters of the boiler operation were limited.Relevant technical personnel analyzed that the main reasons were an increase in dust content in the flue gas,blockage of micropores in the denitration catalyst module,high moisture content in the denitration ammonia gas,and accumulation of ammonium bisulfate on the heating surface of the air preheater and condensate heater,ultimately leading to severe flue blockage.By strengthening gas purification,optimizing the ammonia injection device,using maintenance to clean the micropores of the catalyst removal module,flushing the economizer and air preheater with water,the resistance of the rear flue is restored to normal,and the boiler returns to normal operation.
