摘  要:采用阴离子聚合,在线性链聚合后引入交联剂与单体,实现一锅法合成毛状纳米粒子,并通过凝胶色谱(GPC)和动态光散射(DLS)对所合成毛状纳米粒子“臂长”及尺寸等特征进行表征。进一步通过流变测试,研究具有相同臂长纳米粒子“核心”体积分数与松弛行为之间的关系。结果显示,由线性聚合链到“核心”较小的毛状纳米粒子时,其动力学行为表现出类似星形聚合物的特征,其末端松弛时间由0.005 s增加至0.1 s;而当纳米粒子核心体积分数φ=33.3%时,其动力学行为则表现为胶体粒子特征,其末端松弛时间发散,且相较于“核心”体积分数较小的毛状纳米粒子,其模量增加10倍。Using anionic polymerization,the hairy nanoparticles can be synthesized in one pot by adding crosslinking agents and monomers after the linear chain polymerization.The arm length and size of hairy nanoparticles were characterized by gel permeation chromatography(GPC)and dynamic light scattering(DLS).Based on rheological tests,the relationship between the"core"volume fraction of nanoparticles with the same arm length and the relaxation behavior was studied.When the linear polymerization chain was moved to the hairy nanoparticles with the smaller"core",the kinetic behavior of the star-shaped polymer was shown,and the relaxation time of the end was increased from 0.005 s to 0.1 s.When the core volume fraction of the nanoparticle isφ=33.3%,the kinetic behavior of the colloidal particles is displayed,the end relaxation time diverges,and the modulus of the nanoparticle is increased by ten times compared with that of the hairy nanoparticle with a smaller core.
