摘  要:有机聚硅氮烷作为一种新型的涂层材料,既可通过改性和工艺转化为陶瓷涂层,又可直接用作有机树脂,实现防腐功能,具有高硬度、高耐候、耐高温、高附着等优点,近年来逐渐成为研究的热点。本文简要概述了有机聚硅氮烷树脂的合成和在防护涂层领域的应用,简述了国内外聚硅氮烷涂层在金属防腐、表面疏水性和特种耐高温方面的进展和现状,并针对其存在的问题指出了该类材料的发展方向。As a new type of coating material,organopolysilazane can be transformed into ceramic coating through modification and process,and can also be used directly as an organic resin to achieve anti-corrosion function with the advantages of high hardness,high weathering resistance,high-temperature resistance,high adhesion,and other advantages.It has gradually become a hot spot for research in recent years.This paper briefly reviews the synthesis of organopolysilazane resin and its application in the protective coating field.The progress and present situation of polysilazane coating in metal corrosion protection,surface hydrophobicity and extraordinary high-temperature resistance at home and abroad were briefly described.Because of the existing problems,the development direction of this kind of material is pointed out.
