摘  要:采用称量法制备氮中甲烷气体标准物质。通过与国家标准物质进行比较,确定其量值。采用气相色谱对制备的气体标准物质进行均匀性、稳定性评定,定值不确定度主要由均匀性、稳定性和制备过程引入。结果表明,研制的氮中甲烷气体标准物质标准值为物质的量分数92.5%(u_(rel)=1%,k=2),该标准物质均匀性和稳定性良好,可以满足国家标准GB/T 13611—2018《城镇燃气分类和基本特性》中家用天然气灶具燃烧性能试验需求。Methane gas reference material in nitrogen was prepared by weighing method.By comparing with the national standard material,the quantity value is determined.The uniformity and stability of the prepared gas reference material were evaluated by gas chromatography.The uncertainty of the fixed value was mainly introduced by the uniformity,stability and preparation process.The results show that the developed standard value of methane gas reference material in nitrogen is 92.5%(u_(rel)=1%,k=2),the standard material has good uniformity and stability,and can meet the requirements of domestic natural gas stove combustion performance test in the national standard GB/T 13611—2018 Classification and basic characteristics of city gas.
