摘 要:目的:了解黔东南产骨碎补品质及产地加工对品质的影响,为黔东南骨碎补资源开发提供参考。方法:参照《中国药典》2020年版进行薄层色谱鉴别、水分、浸出物、灰分、柚皮苷含量测定对黔东南各产地骨碎补的品质进行分析;考察4种产地加工方式对骨碎补鲜品中柚皮苷含量影响。结果:黔东南骨碎补均符合药典要求;骨碎补鲜品直接清洗去毛切片50℃烘干产地加工工艺对其柚皮苷含量影响最小。结论:黔东南骨碎补品质好,直接清洗去毛切片50℃烘干产地加工工艺为下一步资源的开发利用提供一定的参考。Objective:Understanding the quality of Drynariae Rhizoma from Qiandongnan and the impact of processing on quality,providing reference for the development of bone marrow resources in Qiandongnan.Method:Analysis of the quality of Drynariae Rhizoma from various origins in Qiandongnan by thin-layer chromatography,moisture,leachate,ash and naringenin with reference to the 2020 edition of the Chinese pharmacopoeia.To investigate the effect of four processing methods of origin on the naringenin content in fresh products of Drynariae Rhizoma.Results:Qiandongnan Drynariae Rhizoma meets the requirements of pharmacopoeia.Naringenin content was minimally affected by direct washing and dehairing and slicing of fresh Drynariae Rhizoma at 50℃and drying at the place of origin.Conclusion:Good quality of Qiandongnan Drynariae Rhizoma,direct cleaning and dehairing,slicing and drying at 50℃to provide a certain reference for the next step in the development and utilisation of resources.
