摘  要:对某分离器气体出口管口平盖开孔接管结构承受内压和管口载荷进行了有限元应力分析,该管口结构不但包括直管,还包括弯头,在直管上还有排气开孔接管。分析结果表明最大应力出现在支管与主管连接处,强度校核时不应忽略小直径支管。A finite element stress analysis was conducted on the flat cover and perforated connecting pipe structure of a gas outlet pipe of a certain separator to withstand internal pressure and pipe load.The nozzle structure not only includes a straight pipe but also an elbow,and there is a branch pipe on the straight pipe.The analysis results indicate that the maximum stress occurs at the connection between the branch pipe and the main pipe,and the small diameter branch pipe should not be ignored during strength check.
