摘　　要：以进口品牌某型干式双螺杆压缩机润滑油泄漏故障维修为背景,研究干式双螺杆压缩机的工作原理、基本结构和解体检修技术。详细介绍了干式双螺杆压缩机解体大修工序、螺杆修复、关键间隙调整和机械密封安装技术要求,系统分析润滑油耗损量偏大故障的原因,总结该型压缩机解体检修技术要点,检修方法得到了实践的检验,突破了厂家技术壁垒,实现了设备自主维修。文章旨在通过分享实际拆检经验,帮助读者更好地掌握干式螺杆压缩机的维修技术,为设备检修提供有益的参考。This article takes the maintenance of lubricating oil leakage in a certain type of imported brand dry twin screw compressor as the background,and studies the working principle,basic structure,and disassembly and maintenance technology of dry twin screw compressor.This article provides a detailed introduction to the disassembly and overhaul process,screw repair,key clearance adjustment,and mechanical seal installation technical requirements of dry screw compressors.It systematically analyzes the reasons for the high lubricating oil consumption fault and summarizes the key points of disassembly and overhaul technology for this type of compressor.The overhaul method has been tested in practice,breaking through the technical barriers of manufacturers and achieving independent equipment maintenance.The article aims to help readers better grasp the maintenance technology of dry screw compressors and provide useful references for equipment maintenance by sharing practical dismantling and inspection experiences.
