摘  要:以赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)为受试生物,研究不同质量浓度(0,100,250,500,1000和2500 mg/kg)铅土对蚯蚓存活率、生长抑制率以及体内抗氧化酶(POD酶、CAT酶、GST酶)和消化酶(ACP酶、AKP酶)活性的影响。试验结果表明:7 d急性暴露试验中,各浓度铅污染对蚯蚓存活与生长均不存在显著性影响;14 d生长试验中,w(Pb(NO_(3))_(2))为2500 mg/kg时,铅对赤子爱胜蚓的生长产生了显著的抑制作用;在7 d和14 d生长试验中,暴露浓度和暴露天数在对赤子爱胜蚓的生长抑制率的影响中的交互作用较显著;14 d暴露试验中,w(Pb(NO_(3))_(2))为1000和2500 mg/kg时,重金属铅对赤子爱胜蚓体内两种消化酶(ACP酶、AKP酶)和三种抗氧化酶(POD酶、CAT酶、GST酶)均产生了显著的抑制作用。本研究从个体水平到分子水平综合评价了铅对蚯蚓的毒性作用,为电子垃圾拆解区的土壤铅污染监测提供新的理论基础。This study investigated the effects of Pb-contaminated soil at different concentration(0,100,250,500,1000 and 2500 mg/kg)on survival rate,growth inhibition rate,and the activity of antioxidant system enzymes(catalase,peroxidase,and glutathione transferase)and digestive enzymes(acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase)of earthworms(Eisenia foetida).The results showed that there was no significant effect on the survival and growth of earthworms in the 7-day acute exposure test.During the 14-day acute exposure test,Pb significantly inhibited the growth of Eisenia foetida when w(Pb(NO_(3))_(2))was 2500 mg/kg.The interaction between exposure concentration and exposure time had a significant effect on the growth inhibition rate of Eisenia foetida.In the 14-day exposure test,when w(Pb(NO_(3))_(2))was 1000 and 2500 mg/kg,Pb significantly inhibited two digestive enzymes(ACP enzyme,AKP enzyme)and three antioxidant enzymes(POD enzyme,CAT enzyme,GST enzyme)in Eisenia foetida.This study comprehensively evaluated the toxic effects of lead on earthworms from individual level to molecular level,providing a new theoretical basis for monitoring soil lead pollution in e-waste dismantling area.
