摘  要:针对水下法兰连接器机械结构参数影响其密封性能的问题,将法兰接触锥面倾角和透镜垫接触面曲率半径作为设计变量,以最大接触压力作为目标函数,法兰接触锥面倾角、透镜垫接触中心圆直径和最大接触压力为约束条件,构建水下法兰连接器的优化模型。在MATLAB中运用fmincon函数求解得到锥面倾角和曲率半径的最优尺寸,利用Workbench软件分析优化前后的水下法兰连接器在两种设计压力和六种作业温度下的最大接触压力和最大等效应力值,根据建立的密封准则对比分析优化前后密封结构的密封性能。结果表明:在各种工况组合条件下,优化后的水下法兰连接器密封结构最大接触压力变大、最大等效应力减小,优化后的水下法兰连接器相比之前研究的水下法兰连接器具有更优的密封性能和更长的使用寿命。To address the issue of the influence of mechanical structural parameters on the sealing performance of subsea flange connectors,an optimization model is constructed by taking the inclination angle of the flange contact cone and the curvature radius of the lens pad contact surface as design variables,the maximum contact pressure as the objective function,and the inclination angle of the flange contact cone,the diameter of the lens pad contact center circle and the maximum contact pressure as constraints.Using the fmincon function in MATLAB,the optimal dimensions of the cone inclination angle and curvature radius are obtained.Workbench software is used to analyze the maximum contact pressure and maximum equivalent stress values of the subsea flange connector before and after optimization under 2 design pressures and 6 operating temperatures.Based on the established sealing criteria,the sealing performance of the optimized and pre-optimized sealing structures is compared and analyzed.The results show that under various working conditions,the optimized subsea flange connector sealing structure has a maximum contact pressure increase and a maximum equivalent stress decrease.The optimized subsea flange connector has better sealing performance and longer service life compared to the previous subsea flange connectors.
