摘　　要：目的:探究二氧化碳点阵技术联合A型肉毒毒素在剖宫产术后疤痕修复中的应用。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年10月我院收治的186例剖宫产术后瘢痕患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法分成对照组和研究组,各93例。其中对照组患者采用二氧化碳点阵技术治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上联合A型肉毒毒素治疗,治疗时长均为9 m。采用临床观察及问卷调查的方式,测定并比较两组临床疗效、疤痕修复[温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver Scar Scale,VSS)]、不良反应发生率和患者满意度的差异。结果:治疗后,研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的疤痕修复VSS评分明显下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)而总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对剖宫产术后瘢痕患者,联合使用二氧化碳点阵技术与A型肉毒毒素具有显著的临床疗效和安全性。Objective:To explore the application of carbon dioxide fractional technique combined with botulinum toxin A in scar repair after cesarean section.Methods:A total of 186 patients with scars after cesarean section in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between January and October in 2023.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(carbon dioxide fractional technique,n=93)and study group(carbon dioxide fractional technique combined with botulinum toxin A,n=93).All patients were treated for 9 months.The clinical curative effect,scar repair[Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)],incidence of adverse reactions and patients satisfaction were compared between the two groups by clinical observation and questionnaire survey.Results:After treatment,total response rate was significantly higher in study group than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VSS scores were significantly decreased in both groups,which were lower in study group than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in study group than control group(P<0.05),and total satisfaction rate was higher in study group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of carbon dioxide fractional technique combined with botulinum toxin A has significant clinical curative effect and safety in patients with scars after cesarean section.
