补肾助孕汤辅助治疗不孕症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾助孕汤辅助西医治疗不孕症患者的疗效及对卵巢功能、性激素的影响。方法:回顾性收集2020年5月至2022年8月期间本院收治的不孕症患者133例的临床资料。根据治疗方式的不同将患者分为西医组(n=63)和联合组(n=70)。西医组给予西医常规治疗,联合组在西医组的基础上辅助补肾助孕汤治疗。比较两组治疗2个疗程后临床疗效、治疗期间不良反应及治疗前、治疗2个疗程后卵巢功能(卵泡体积、卵泡个数、子宫内膜厚度)、性激素水平。结果:联合组的治疗总有效率为95.71%,显著高于西医组的84.13%(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,联合组的卵泡体积、卵泡个数均显著低于西医组,子宫内膜厚度显著高于西医组(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,两组的血清雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)水平均显著高于治疗前,卵泡刺激素(Follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)水平均显著低于治疗前,且联合组的改善幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,联合组的不良反应发生率为5.71%,西医组11.11%,两组的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:补肾助孕汤辅助西医治疗能改善不孕症患者的内分泌水平,促进卵巢功能改善,提升治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Bushen Zhuyun-decoction(BSH)on infertility patients and its influence on ovarian function and sex hormone.Methods:The clinical data of 133 infertility patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to August 2022 were retrospectively collected.Patients were divided into Western medicine group(n=63)and combined group(n=70)according to different treatment methods.The Western medicine group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the combined group assisted Bushen Zhuyun-decoction treatment on the basis of the Western medicine group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions during treatment,ovarian function(follicle volume,number of follicles,endometrial thickness)and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups after 2 courses of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of combined group was 95.71%,which was significantly higher than that of Western medicine group(84.13%)(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the volume and number of follicles in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the western group,and the endometrial thickness was significantly higher than that in the western group(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,serum Estradiol(E2)levels in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),Luteinizing hormone(LH)levels of LH were significantly lower than before treatment,and the improvement range of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.71%in combination group and 11.11%in western medicine group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Zhuyun Decoction can improve the endocrine level of patients with infertility,promote the improvement of ovarian function and enhance the therapeutic effect.
