摘  要:为深入了解目前植物抗菌色素在纺织品中的应用进展情况,分析了天然植物抗菌剂的应用优势,综述了已有研究成果,包括天然植物抗菌色素的分子结构、色素的提取方案、染色工艺、染色面料的抗菌性能以及几种典型植物抗菌色素的抗菌性能及其在面料中的应用情况。指出抗菌耐久性是目前植物染抗菌纺织品推广应用的技术瓶颈,并建议从以下4点来研制耐久抗菌的植物染面料:一是植物染料提取物的抗菌属性;二是植物抗菌色素分子结构的稳定性;三是色素提取和染色工艺的优化方案;四是植物染面料的抗菌耐久性,即植物染面料在使用过程中的吸附牢度,抗水解、抗氧化、抗酸碱、抗摩擦等稳定性能。In order to understand the application progress of plant antimicrobial pigments in textiles,so as to obtain better natural plant dyed antibacterial textile products,the application advantages of natural plant antibacterial agents are reviewed,including their molecular structure,pigment extraction scheme,dyeing process,antibacterial properties of several typical plant antibacterial pigments and their application in fabrics.It has been pointed out that antibacterial durability is the technical bottleneck of popularization and application of plant dyed antibacterial textile,and suggestions are made from the following four breakthrough point to develop durable antibacterial plant fabrics:One is the antibacterial properties of plant dye extracts;The second is the stability of the molecular structure of plant antibacterial pigments;The third is the optimization plan for pigment extraction and dyeing process;The fourth is the antibacterial durability of plant dyed fabrics,which refers to the adsorption fastness,hydrolysis resistance,oxidation resistance,acid and alkali resistance,and friction resistance of plant dyed fabrics during use.
