摘 要:针对目前使用液体黏结剂制备的活性炭非织造布存在层间黏结性能不佳问题,以PE/PET纤维作为黏结剂,通过针刺法使活性炭与PE/PET纤网结合,制备得到针刺活性炭纤网,并将其与PET纤网进行热压复合。研究了PET纤网质量及PE/PET纤网面密度对活性炭非织造布透气性能及力学性能的影响,并选择最优参数的样品进行吸附性能测试。结果表明,随着PET纤网质量及PE/PET纤网面密度的增加,活性炭非织造布透气性能下降,拉伸强力、剥离强力提高,最优参数样品的甲苯吸附量为82813 mg/m^(2)。At present,the activated carbon nonwoven fabric prepared by liquid binder has the problem of poor interlayer bonding performance.Using PE/PET fiber as the binder,activated carbon is combined with PE/PET fiber web by needle-punching method,and then the needle-punched activated carbon fiber web and PET fiber web is composited by hot pressing.The effects of PET fiber web gram weight and PE/PET fiber web gram weight on the air permeability and mechanical properties of activated carbon nonwovens are studied.The optimal parameter sample is selected for adsorption performance test.The results show that with the increase of PET fiber web weight and PE/PET fiber web weight,the air permeability of activated carbon nonwovens decreases,the tensile strength and peeling strength increases,and the optimal parameter sample has a toluene adsorption capacity of 82813 mg/m^(2).
