阻燃黄麻纤维绳索的制备与应用

摘　　要：为扩大黄麻的应用领域,选用166.67 tex(6 Nm)黄麻纱线为原料,经过3次合股,设计开发了一种直径为12 mm的阻燃绳索。第一次合股后进行阻燃整理。选用pH值为中性的FR-202阻燃剂进行阻燃试验。试验结果表明:采用FR-202阻燃剂按不同浓度对黄麻纱线进行阻燃整理后,黄麻纱线均具有阻燃效果。编织成绳索后,其阻燃性能趋势与纱线一致,均具有阻燃性能;随着阻燃剂质量分数增大,阻燃效果增强,且断裂强力变化不大。In order to expand the application area of jute,a flame retardant rope with diameter of 12 mm was designed and developed by using 166.67 tex(6 Nm)jute yarn as raw material after three times of doubling.Put flame retardant finishing after the first share.FR-202 flame retardant with neutral pH value was selected for flame retardant test.The results show that the jute yarns with FR-202 flame retardant at different concentrations have flame retardant effect.The trend of flame retardancy of the rope is consistent with that of the yarn,and both have flame retardancy.With the increase of the mass fraction of flame retardant,the flame retardant effect is enhanced,and the breaking strength changes little.
