摘  要:为了研究测试接触冷暖感的评价方法,选用KES F7型接触冷暖感测试仪,对测试过程中影响织物接触冷暖感测试结果的因素进行了探究。对选取的6种面料进行单因子试验,分析不同载样台材质、不同测样时间间隔、不同设置温差ΔT对接触凉感系数(Q-max值)的影响规律。结果表明:载样台的材质对Q-max值影响较大,建议选用散热较快的铜质载样台;当温差设置为15 K时,两次测样时间间隔宜在60 s以上,可以避免前一次测试对结果的影响;温差值建议大于10 K。In order to study the evaluation method for testing the contact temperature sensation,the KES F7 contact temperature sensation tester is selected to explore the factors affecting the results of fabric contact temperature sensation testing during the testing process.Single factor experiments on six selected fabrics are conducted to analyze the impact of sample loading platform materials,sampling time intervals,and temperature differencesΔT on the contact cooling coefficient(Q-max value).The research results show that the material of the sample stage has a great influence on the Q-max value,and it is recommended to select a copper sample stage with fast heat dissipation;When the temperature difference is set to 15 K,the time interval between two sample tests is better than 60 s,which can avoid the impact of the previous test on the results;During the test,the temperature difference setting value is greater than 10 K.
