摘　　要：研究了房地产项目中的代建制管理模式,阐述了代建制管理模式的概念与内涵,从代建市场、代建协议、制度体系、风险管控等方面出发,分析了其在实际工作中存在的主要问题,并从代建单位的视角,提出了积极的应对措施,以提高代建制管理模式的适用性和实效性,避免出现形式大于内容的问题,保障工程建设的顺利进行。This paper studies the management mode of the agent construction system in the real estate project,expounds the concept and connotation of the management mode of the agent construction system,and sets out from the aspects of the agent construction market,the agent construction agreement,the system system,the risk control and so on,this paper analyzes on the main problems existing in the practical work,and from the perspective of the agent construction unit,advances some positive countermeasures to improve the applicability and effectiveness of the agent construction system management mode,to avoid the form of the content of the problem,to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
