摘  要:血流动力学参数是重症监护患者病情评估的关键指标之一,传统肺动脉导管和脉搏指示剂连续心输出量等侵入性方法虽然可以准确、可靠的监测血流动力学参数,但其有创性及相关并发症严重限制了临床推广应用。微创及无创血流动力学监测作为新兴的监测方法,具有微创或无创、连续监测、并发症少、准确度高等诸多优势,在临床中被广泛推广应用,使更多重症监护患者获益。本文总结当前该领域最新研究进展,对微创和无创血流动力学监测在重症监护中的临床应用进行综述,以期为评估重症监护患者血流动力学参数提供有价值的参考资料。Hemodynamic parameters serve as crucial metrics for assessing the status of patients in intensive care settings.While invasive techniques like traditional pulmonary artery catheters and continuous cardiac output pulse indicators offer precise and dependable monitoring of hemodynamic parameters,their invasiveness and associated risks significantly constrain their utility in clinical practice.The minimally invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring presents numerous advantages,including reduced invasiveness,continuous monitoring capability,decreased risks of complications,and enhanced accuracy.
