摘  要:为改变煤体的渗流润湿特性,增加煤体润湿性能,提升煤层注水润湿效率,通过实验室研究等手段配制了VES清洁压裂液,之后对其性能进行了评价。结果表明:(1)选用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作为压裂液主剂,选择水杨酸钠(NaSal)作为辅剂配置VES清洁压裂液;(2)通过比较几种破胶物质的破胶时间和用量,最终选择了使用量少、残渣量少的润滑油作为VES清洁压裂液的破胶剂;(3)本压裂液滤失过程无明显滤饼产生,符合清洁压裂的理念;滤失系数相较于标准的1×10-3m/min1/2较大;(4)破胶液比水具有更好的润湿效果。In order to change the percolation and wettability of coal,increase and improve the wettability of coal seam,VES clean fracturing fluid was prepared by means of laboratory research,and its performance was evaluated.The results show that:①cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)is selected as the main agent of fracturing fluid,and NaSal is selected as the auxiliary agent to sodium salicylate VES clean fracturing fluid;②by comparing the breaking time and the breaking amount of several kinds of breaking materials,the lubricant with less usage and residue was selected as the breaking agent of VES clean fracturing fluid;③there is no obvious filter cake in the process of fracturing fluid loss,which accords with the idea of clean fracturing.The filtration coefficient is larger than the standard 1×10-3 m/min1/2;④the gel-breaking fluid has better wetting effect than water.
