摘 要:刘家梁煤矿面临建筑物下采煤难题,提出采动覆岩离层区注入粉煤灰浆液充填工艺,实现无损开采和固废减排目标。以22101工作面为对象,采用理论分析、物理模拟和现场实测方法,研究厚煤层采动覆岩垮落运移规律、离层注浆控制机理和关键参数。结论如下:采动覆岩破坏持续向上传递,运动不同步使得在关键层和软弱层之间形成离层空间;及时在离层空间充填,关键层保持稳定不破断下沉,其上岩层直至地表就能保持小变形甚至微变形;提出覆岩离层注浆控制技术和参数,现场成功应用,取得了显著经济和社会效益。Faced with the difficult problem of coal mining under buildings in Liujialiang Coal Mine,the technology of filling with fly ash slurry in the overlying strata separation area is put forward to realize the goal of non-destructive mining and solid waste emission reduction.Taking 22101 working face as the object,the caving movement rule of mining overburden,control mechanism of separated layer grouting and key parameters are studied by theoretical analysis,physical simulation and field measurement.The conclusions are as follows:the failure of mining overlying rock continues to transfer upward,and the movement is not synchronous,which leads to the formation of a separate layer space between the key layer and the weak layer.When the separated layer space is filled in time,the key layer remains stable and does not break down,and the rock layer above it can maintain small or even micro-deformation until the surface.The grouting control technology and parameters of overlying strata are put forward,which have been successfully applied in the field and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
