摘  要:分析等温正火线两种典型结构,详细阐述加热炉与速冷室一体化设计缺陷及使用过程中的危害,并对比分析改造方案,综合多方因素以获取最佳效果。最终实施“分体式”改造方案,彻底消除缺陷。经4年跟踪验证,设备使用稳定可靠,大幅降低了维护成本。This paper analyzed two typical structures of the isothermal normalizing line,with a focus on the detailed explanation of the integration design defects between the heating furnace and the rapid cooling chamber,as well as the hazards during usage.A comparative analysis of the reconstruction options was conducted,considering multiple factors to achieve the best results.The“separate module”reconstruction plan was ultimately implemented,completely eliminating the defects.After four years of tracking and verification,the equipment has proven to be stable and reliable,with significantly reduced maintenance costs.
