摘 要:复杂工件具有工艺复杂程度高、结构不均衡等特点,加工难度较大。为了保证其加工质量,需要引进数控加工技术,借助技术优势提升复杂工件的加工质量和效率。基于此,文章以数控加工技术对研究对象,首先从适用性、加工精度方面阐述数控加工技术的优势,其次介绍圆角特征识别、倒角特征识别、孔特征识别三种复杂工件的数控加工识别技术,最后提出复杂工件数控加工技术应用的优化措施,以期为相关从业人员提供参考。Complex workpieces have the characteristics of high technological complexity,unbalanced structure,etc.,and it is difficult to process.In order to ensure its processing quality,it is necessary to introduce computer numerical control machining technology and improve the processing quality and efficiency of complex workpieces with the help of technical advantages.Based on this,this paper takes numerical control machining technology as the research object.Firstly,it expounds the advantages of numerical control machining technology from the aspects of applicability,machining accuracy.Secondly,it introduces kinds of numerical control machining identification technologies for complex workpieces,such as rounded corner feature identification,chamfering feature identification and hole feature identification,in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
