摘  要:针对传统垂直轴风力发电机运行不稳定、容易失速等问题,设计一款300 W的变桨距垂直轴风力发电机,重点解决发电机的连接、传动和变桨距问题。叶片结构设计基于空气动力学理论,选用NACA0020型对称翼型,三叶片结构,H型分布。变桨距机构采用曲柄摇杆机构,通过伺服电机控制小齿轮旋转,实现叶片浆距角的变化。运用SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation软件对风力发电机进行仿真分析,计算不同工况下的速度、压力以及分布力。仿真结果表明,所设计的风力发电机稳定性好,低风速启动性能好,为提高垂直轴风力发电机安全和效率,降低维护成本提供了参考。Aiming at the problems of unsteady operation and stalling of traditional vertical axis wind turbine,a 300W variable pitch vertical axis wind turbine is designed to solve the problems of generator connection,transmission and variable pitch.The design of blade structure is based on the aerodynamic theory,and NACA0020 symmetrical airfoil,three-blade structure and H-shape distribution are selected.The variable pitch mechanism adopts a crank rocker mechanism and controls the rotation of pinion through servo motor to realize the change of blade pitch Angle.The SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the wind turbine and calculate the speed,pressure and distributed force under different working conditions.The simulation results show that the designed wind turbine has good stability and good starting performance at low wind speed,which provides a reference for improving the safety and efficiency of vertical axis wind turbines and reducing maintenance costs.
