摘 要:电动机热故障问题严重影响其运行可靠性与安全性,深入剖析电动机热故障机理,发现轴承磨损、转子不平衡和冷却系统失效是导致电动机过热的3个主要因素。针对这些因素,提出一系列优化对策,包括轴承优化设计、动平衡校正以及冷却系统优化等。多物理场耦合仿真分析结果表明,所提出的优化对策能够有效降低电动机关键部件的温升水平,显著改善电动机的绝缘性能,对提升电动机的可靠性具有重要意义。The thermal failure of the motor seriously affects its operational reliability and safety.Through the in-depth analysis of the mechanism of the motor thermal failure,it is found that bearing wear,rotor unbalance and cooling system failure are the three main factors leading to the overheating of the motor.In view of these factors,a series of optimization measures are proposed,including bearing optimization design,dynamic balance correction and cooling system optimization.The results of multiphysics coupling simulation show that the proposed optimization strategy can effectively reduce the temperature rise level of the key components of the motor and significantly improve the insulation performance of the motor,which is of great significance to improve the reliability of the motor.
