摘  要:传统磁选机工作效率低,容易出现设备磨损,生产成本较高。为弥补此类技术缺陷,对洗煤厂中磁选机脱介关键技术加以分析。针对洗煤厂中磁选机脱介现状,提出磁选机脱介技术改进方案,并将不同设计方案进行比选,得知去除刮介皮并安装喷水管为最优方案。通过对优选方案进行实践应用,对比应用前后的效果可知,磁选机脱介技术优化方案能够有效减少介质消耗量,大幅延长设备使用寿命,降低生产成本,为洗煤企业带来更高的经济效益。The traditional magnetic separator has low working efficiency,easy to appear equipment wear,and high production cost.In order to improve such technical defects,the key technologies of magnetic separators in coal washing plants are analyzed.In view of the current situation of magnetic separator disconnection in coal washing plant,the improvement scheme of magnetic separator disconnection technology is put forward,and different design schemes are compared.Through the practical application of the preferred scheme,compared with the effect data before and after application,it can be seen that the optimization scheme of magnetic separator decoupling technology can effectively reduce media consumption,greatly improve the service life of equipment,reduce production costs,and bring more economic benefits to coal washing enterprises.
