摘  要:振动和冲击是舰载电子设备失效的主要原因,由于舱内空间限制,某电子设备需壁挂安装于舰船,为保证其在舰船航行中的振动和冲击下能够正常使用,根据隔振隔冲原理,设计出基于钢丝绳减振器的壁挂减振架。采用机械系统动力学自动分析(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems,ADAMS)软件建立减振系统刚体动力学模型,对减振系统进行振动及冲击仿真分析,得到振动传递率和冲击传递率,对系统的隔振性能、非线性抗冲击性能进行快速评估。最后,通过试验验证仿真结果,结果表明设计的减振架满足舰载环境的振动和冲击要求。Vibration and shock are the main reasons for the failure of shipborne electronic equipment.Due to the space limitation in the cabin,a certain electronic equipment needs to be mounted on the ship by wall hanging.In order to ensure its normal use under the vibration and shock during ship sailing,a wall hanging vibration damping frame based on steel wire rope shock absorber is designed according to the principle of vibration and shock isolation.Using Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems(ADAMS)software,the rigid body dynamics model of the vibration damping system was established,and the vibration and shock simulation analysis of the vibration damping system was carried out to obtain the vibration and shock transmissibility.The vibration isolation performance and nonlinear shock resistance performance of the system are evaluated quickly.Finally,the simulation results are verified by experiments,and the results show that the designed damping frame can meet the vibration and shock requirements of shipboard environment.
