摘　　要：水电站水轮发电机定子线圈嵌装工艺的好坏直接影响发电机安全运行可靠性。文章主要介绍万家寨水电站水轮发电机定子线圈嵌装工艺,包括施工前的准备工作、施工过程中的注意事项等以及采取的新工艺、新方法。The installation technology of stator coil of hydro-generator in hydropower station directly affects the safe operation reliability of the generator.This paper mainly introduces the process of stator coil insertion of hydrogenerator in Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station,including the preparation before construction,the precautions during construction,and the new process and method adopted.
