公共图书馆业务档案管理优化策略——以贵州省图书馆为例

摘　　要：公共图书馆业务档案是图书馆事业发展中形成的宝贵资料,反映了各个历史时期的业务运作状况,具有重要的查考价值。本文采用案例研究法,深入剖析了贵州省图书馆业务档案的管理现状及存在的问题。研究发现,近年来贵州省图书馆业务档案管理取得了一定的成效,但在管理标准化、人才专业化、史料匮乏化、档案数字化等方面仍面临诸多困境,认为可以从提升档案管理水平、加强专职人员培养、重视史料征集、提升数字化管理层次等四个方面优化业务档案管理。The business archives of public libraries are valuable materials formed during the development of the library cause,reflecting the operational conditions in various historical periods and having significant research and reference value.By the case study method,this paper deeply analyzes the current management situation and existing problems of the business archive in Guizhou Provincial Library.The research reveals that although the business archive management of the Guizhou Provincial Library has made certain achievements in recent years,it still encounters numerous predicaments in aspects such as management standardization,professionalization of personnel,scarcity of historical materials,and digitalization of archives.It is believed that the business archives management can be optimized from four aspects:enhancing the level of archives management,strengthening the cultivation of full-time personnel,attaching importance to the collection of historical materials,and upgrading the level of digital management.
