摘 要:为实现“双碳”目标和构建新型电力系统,高中压内缸如何适应灵活性运行成为现役煤电高中压合缸机组“三改联动”时重点关注内容之一。文章通过对高中压内缸结构要素组合、典型结构方案、结合电厂实际运行情况和相应结构有限元分析,得出高中压进汽部分分开的内缸结构作为适应灵活性运行优选结构,并对现役机组高中压内缸改造方案进行探讨。In order to achieve the goal of"double carbon"and build a new power system,how to adapt to the flexible operation of high and medium pressure inner cylinder has become one of the key issues in the"three reforms linkage"of high and middle pressure cylinder units in active service.In this paper,through the combination of the structural elements of the high and middle pressure inner cylinder,the typical structure scheme,combined with the actual operation of the power plant and the finite element analysis of the corresponding structure,it is concluded that the inner cylinder structure with the separation of the high and middle pressure steam intake part is the optimal structure for flexible operation,and the reconstruction scheme of the high and middle pressure inner cylinder of the active unit is discussed.
