摘 要:文章以1种热泵原理的清洁干燥热风供气系统为基础,通过对由电机驱动单元、透平膨胀机单元、除雾器单元及离心压缩机单元组成的供气系统核心装置进行试验研究,分析和评估装置的废热回收效果及系统的实际性能,指导闭式循环系统的工程设计。结果表明:压缩机出口热风相对湿度可控制在6%以内,满足干燥工艺的需求;装置各工况下供热性能系数皆大于1.3,机组具有高效供热的能力。Based on a clean and dry hot air supply system which is derived from the heat pump theory,the paper conducts experimental study on the gas supply system core device composed of motor drive unit,turbine expansion unit,demister unit and centrifugal compressor unit,analyzes and evaluates the waste heat recovery effect and the actual performance of the system,and guide the engineering design of the closed cycle system.The results show that the relative humidity of the hot air at the compressor outlet can be controlled within 6%to meet the needs of the drying process.The heating performance coefficient of the unit is greater than 1.3 under each working condition,and the unit has the ability of efficient heating.
