摘  要:汽轮机汽缸类产品中分面连接螺栓规格较大,压力试验时采用螺栓伸长量来判定螺栓拉紧力,长期以来伸长量依靠人工测量,受测量位置、手感等影响,测量误差较大。公司引入一款小型便携式超声波测量设备,文章对该设备测螺栓伸长量的原理进行试验验证及分析,提出材料声弹系数的标定方法,并将标定后的声弹系数应用于多个工程项目的测量中,通过多项测量数据的对比、分析,验证超声波测螺栓伸长量的可行性。The specifications of split connecting bolts in steam turbine cylinder products are relatively large.During pressure testing,the bolt elongation is used to determine the bolt tightening force.For a long time,the elongation has relied on manual measurement,and due to the impact of measurement location,hand feeling,and other factors,the measurement error is large.The company has introduced a small portable ultrasonic measuring device.This article conducts experimental verification and analysis of the principle of measuring bolt elongation using this device,proposes a calibration method for the acoustic elastic coefficient of materials,and applies the calibrated acoustic elastic coefficient to the measurement of multiple engineering projects.Through comparison and analysis of multiple measurement data,the feasibility of ultrasonic measuring bolt elongation is verified.
