摘  要:针对某350 MW汽轮机高压调节阀阀位不跟踪指令问题,通过分析阀门工作原理和阀芯组件受力情况,判断原因为阀碟与阀套氧化皮沉积、配合间隙减小,利用小修机会解体阀门验证了判断并一次性解决了问题,对同类型机组高压调节阀卡涩、关闭问题分析处理具有一定借鉴意义。Aiming at the problem that the valve position of the high pressure regulating valve of a 350 MW steam turbine does not follow the instruction,through analyzing the working principle of the valve and the force of the spool assembly,it is determined that the cause is the oxide deposition of the valve disc and valve sleeve and the reduction of the fit clearance.The judgment is verified by disassembling the valve with the opportunity of minor repair and the problem is solved at one time.It has a certain reference significance to the analysis and treatment of the problems of high pressure regulating valve sticking and closing in the same type units.
