摘　　要：2012年以来,广东省政府还贷高速公路实现跨越式发展,在行政审批、投融资、工可研究等方面积累的诸多成功经验尚未系统梳理,同时随着高速公路行业发展形势的变化,目前行业发展又面临着一些困难和挑战,本文旨在总结梳理过去的前期工作经验,并针对存在问题提出解决思路,为后续政府还贷高速公路建设提供参考。Since 2012,the Guangdong Provincial government repay-loan expressway has achieved significant development.However,many successful experiences in administrative approval,investment and financing,engineering feasibility studies and other aspects have not yet been comprehensively collected and synthesized.Currently,the development of the highway industry presents new difficulties and challenges.This study aims at synthesizing the past experiences of preliminary work,addressing problems and proposing solutions for future work,which may provide a reference for the subsequent construction of the government repay-loan expressway.
