摘  要:大庆油田经过多年的研究和实践,创新了聚合物黏弹性理论、表面活性剂与原油匹配关系理论,研制生产出了系列部分水解聚丙烯酰胺、烷基苯磺酸盐、石油磺酸盐,形成第一代化学驱油体系,推进了大庆油田化学驱工业化进程,使化学驱成为油田有效开发主导技术之一。随着大庆油田化学驱开发对象逐渐变差,建立聚合物分子构效关系和稀体系相态转化理论,研究出了系列抗盐聚合物和界面位阻表面活性剂,形成第二代高效化学驱油体系,推动化学驱提质增效。为更大幅度地提高采收率、降低化学剂成本,拓展化学驱应用领域,绿色环保、智能高效、成本低廉的化学驱油体系是今后化学驱油体系发展的主要方向。For years of research and practice,the theory of polymer viscoelasticity and the theory of matching relationship between surfactant and crude oil are innovated in Daqing Oilfield.A series of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide,alkylbenzene sulfonate and petroleum sulfonate are developed and produced,forming the first generation of chemical flooding systems,which promotes commercialization process of chemical flooding and makes chemical flooding become one of dominant technologies for effective development in Daqing Oilfield.As development targets of chemical flooding in Daqing Oilfield gradually deteriorate,polymer molecular structure-activity relationship and dilute system phase transition theory are developed.A series of salt-resistant polymers and interfacial steric hindrance surfactants are studied,forming the second generation of efficient chemical flooding system and promoting quality and efficiency improvement of chemical flooding.In order to further improve oil recovery significantly,reduce chemical agent costs and expand application areas,the main direction for future development of chemical flooding systems is proposed as environmental friendly,intelligent and efficient,and low-cost.
