摘 要:古龙页岩油与国内外陆相页岩油相比,陆相淡水沉积环境的青山口组黏土矿物体积分数较高,且多孔多缝,呈纹层状结构,易发生层间散裂、性脆,易吸水膨胀垮塌,独特的地质特性给古龙页岩油钻井带来了巨大挑战。针对钻井过程中容易出现井壁失稳、井漏、摩擦阻力大、钻井周期长等钻井技术难题,从平台井部署、井身结构、井眼轨道、提速技术、钻井液、固井等方面开展优化技术研究,创新采用了“双二维”轨道模型、“一趟钻”技术、油基钻井液、多级固井顶替等一系列新技术。结果表明:与GYP1井相比,试验区的平均钻井速度从11.44 m/h提高至27.75 m/h、水平段固井质量优质率从71.51%提升至86.27%,平均钻井周期从108.17 d缩短至26.82 d。研究成果为古龙页岩油实现储量动用最大化、施工效率最优化提供了强有力的技术支撑,也为古龙页岩油立体化、规模化、效益化开发奠定了基础,对推进中国陆相页岩油技术革命具有重要指导意义。Compared with continental shale oils in China and abroad,clay minerals in Qingshankou Formation in continental fresh water sedimentary environment have higher volume fraction,and are porous and multi-fractured,presenting laminated structure that is prone to inter-layer cracking,brittleness,and easy water absorption to swell and collapse.These unique geological characteristics bring much challenge to Gulong shale oil drilling.In view of drilling technical difficulties encountered during drilling process,such as wellbore instability,lost circulation,high friction and long drilling cycle,optimization techniques are studied from the aspects of platform well deployment,wellbore structure,borehole trajectory,speed-up technique,drilling fluid and cementing.A series of new techniques are innovatively adopted,including“double 2D”track model,“one-trip drilling”technique,oil-based drilling fluid and multi-stage cementing displacement.The results show that,compared with Well GYP1,average drilling speed increases from 11.44 m/h to 27.75 m/h of test area,high quality rate of cementing in horizontal section increases from 71.51%to 86.27%,and drilling cycle decreases from 108.17 d to 26.82 d.The research provides technical support for maximizing reserves producing and optimizing operation efficiency of Gulong shale oil,and lays a foundation for 3D,large-scale and beneficial development of Gulong shale oil,with guiding significance in promoting technical revolution of continental shale oil in China.
