箬竹向针阔混交林扩展对物种多样性和土壤理化性质的影响

摘  要:【目的】明确箬竹向针阔混交林扩展对群落组成结构、植被多样性,以及土壤理化性质的影响,加深对箬竹扩展的认识,为林分健康可持续经营管理提供理论支撑。【方法】以国际竹藤中心安徽太平试验中心林场内的天然箬竹林扩展并取代针阔混交林的连续生态面为研究对象,选取针阔混交林(MF)、竹-林混交带(IMF)、箬竹纯林(IF)3种林地类型,利用Simpson指数和Pielou均匀度指数进行群落物种多样性调查;同时测定3种植被下的土壤理化性质。【结果】(1)箬竹向针阔混交林扩展导致了森林原有优势种种类和数量减少:山茶(Camellia japonica)、南酸枣(Choerospondias axillaris)、乌药(Lindera aggregata)、常春藤(Hedera nepalensis var.sinensis)、柯(Lithocarpus glaber)均在箬竹纯林中消失,共有物种蕨(Pteridium aquilinum var.latiusculum)、柃木(Eurya japonica)、老鼠屎(Symplocos stellaris)、檵木(Loropetalum chinense)的数量明显下降;乔木层、灌木层和草本层的丰富度和均匀度指数均下降,群落结构简化。(2)土壤理化性质随着箬竹的扩展也发生了变化:与针阔混交林相比,箬竹纯林的SWC、SOC、TN、TP、Mg、DOC、DON、MBC、MBN含量均下降,土壤K含量上升;除DOC、DON、MBC、MBN以外,土壤养分积累均随着土层的加深而减少。【结论】箬竹扩展到针阔混交林导致森林原有优势种种类和数量减少,群落结构简化,造成林分退化,林地土壤质量下降。[Objective]This study aims to clarify the impact of the expansion of I.tessellatus into coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest on community composition,vegetation diversity,and soil physicochemical properties,thus deepening our understanding of I.tessellatus expansion as well as providing theoretical support for the healthy and sustainable management of forest stands.[Method]In this study,the continuous ecological surface of natural Indocalamus forest which expanded and replaced coniferous and broadleaved mixed forest in Taiping Experimental Center Forest Farm of Anhui International Bamboo and Rattan Center was taken as the research object.I.tessellatus pure forest(IF),I.tessellatus and broadleaved mixed forest(IMF)and coniferous broad-leaved mixed forest(MF)were chosen as research samples.Simpson index and Pielou evenness index were adopted to investigate the community species diversity.Soil physicochemical properties were also compared.[Result](1)The expansion of I.tessellatus into broad-leaf forest has led to the decrease of the species and number of the dominant species in the forest.Camellia japonica,Choerospondias axillaris,Lindera aggregata,Hedera nepalensis var.sinensis and Lithocarpus glaber all disappeared in the pure forest of I.tessellatus.There was a marked decrease in the number of shared species such as Pteridium aquilinum var.latiusculum,Eurya japonica,Symplocos stellaris and Loropetalum chinense.The richness and evenness indices of the wood,shrub and herb layers decreased,and the community structure was simplified(.2)Soil properties have also changed with the expansion of I.tessellatus.Compared with the broadleaved forest,the contents of soil SWC,SOC,TN,TP,Mg,DOC,DON,MBC and MBN decreased,and the content of soil K increased.Except for DOC,DON,MBC and MBN,soil nutrient accumulation decreased with soil depth.[Conclusion]The expansion of I.tessellatus into the mixed forest resulted in the decrease of the species and quantity of the original dominant species in the forest,the decrease of the richne
