摘  要:为提高涪陵页岩气田开发效益,提升钻井效率,降低钻井成本,需采用井身结构瘦身优化设计技术。为满足压裂改造、采气要求,通过建模与数据统计分析等手段,文中提出了2种井身结构瘦身方案,并针对瘦身井钻井配套技术难点,开展了个性化钻头、钻具组合、钻井参数、定向仪器结构4项技术的优化与实践。现场应用表明,井身结构瘦身后,机械钻速显著提高,钻井周期进一步缩短,单井用电量降低37.5%,钻屑量降低19%~39%,每年可减少固体废物上万立方米,降低了油田安全环保压力。该技术可为国内其他页岩气田效益开发提供参考。In order to improve the development efficiency and drilling efficiency and to reduce drilling cost,the optimization design technology of casing program slimming is adopted in Fuling shale gas field.In order to meet the requirements of fracturing stimulation and gas production,two kinds of casing program slimming schemes are proposed by means of modeling and data statistical analysis,and in view of the technical difficulties of slimming well drilling,the optimization and practice of four technologies including personalized drill bit,drill assembly,drilling parameters and directional instrument structure are carried out.Field application shows that after the casing program slimming,the rate of penetration is significantly increased,the drilling cycle is further shortened,the electricity consumption of a single well is reduced by 37.5%,the amount of drilling cuttings is reduced by 19%-39%,and the solid waste can be reduced by tens of thousands of cubic meters per year,reducing the oil field safety and environmental protection pressure.This technology provides a reference for the beneficial development of other domestic shale gas fields.
