电接点压力表设定点偏差和切换差检定方法探讨

摘　　要：针对电接点压力表的设定点偏差和切换差检定中存在相关信息概念不清、检定规程理解不深、电接点信号发讯设备不明确等问题,结合检定实际情况,重点整理了与其检定有关的重要信息;分析了检定规程与实际检定方法的异同及处理方法,并将万用表作为电接点信号发讯设备,提出设定点偏差和切换差的检定方法,细化了检定流程。同时,根据检定过程中发现的常见故障,提出了修护方法。In vicw of the problems in the verification of set point devistion and switch difference of electric contact pressune gauge,such as unclear concept of relevant information,not decp understanding of verification rudes,unclearelectric contact signal sending equipment,and so on,the important information related to its verification is emphati-cally sorted out according to the actual verification situation.This psper analyzes the similarities and differences be-twern the verification rules and the actul verification methods and the processing methods,and takes the multimeter as the electrical contact signal signaling equipment,puts forward the verification methods of set point devintion and switching differenсе,and elaborates the verification process.At the same time,accordting to the common faults found in the verification process,the repair method is proposed.
