摘 要:为提升直流电机不同工况下性能测试的效率,本文基于LabVIEW,开发了一套直流电机性能通用测试系统,采用生产者/消费者模式,并借助实验室搭建硬件测试平台,完成直流电机组合下8种模式的运行跑合测试。结果表明:该系统不仅可实现多个串口与不同的测试仪表、传感器通信的自动识别,完成电机电压、电流、负载扭矩等性能参数的实时采集、曲线记录,而且可稳定、可靠地实现直流电机的性能测试,具有较强的通用性。In order to improve the efficiency of DC motor performance test under different working conditions,this paper develops a general DC motor performance test system based on LabVIEW.It adopts producer/consumer mode and builds a hardware test platform with the help of the laboratory to complete the running and running-in test of 8 modes under DC motor combination.The results show that the system can not only realize the automatic identifica-tion of communication between multiple serial ports and different test instruments and sensors,complete the real-time acquisition and curve recording of motor voltage,current,load torque and other performance parameters,but a-so realize the performance test of DC motor stably and reliably,and has strong universality.
